Refund Policy

  • Goods once sold can not be returned or exchanged without a valid reason.
  • Any item that may have been damaged during shipping or sent incorrectly will be replaced immediately. But only if you send us an 360° unboxing video within 1 day of delivery.
  •  Please note that the item is not considered as damage when it is just removed because of the glue, we all know that it is fixable and it’s common in handmade items. Hence there is No Refund for fixable issues. Anyways we will ensure to send you only the best products from our end.
  • Damage is considered only with a proper unboxing video from start to the end without any pauses and video should be sent within 1 day of delivery.
  • And Refund will be processed within 5-6 days.
  •  To get your refund in case of damage, All we ask is that you drop us an email at thecastletales@gmail.com along with a photo & unboxing video of the damaged product and we will be happy to send you a new piece.
  • Your satisfaction is our Priority!
  • TheCastleTales does NOT accept forced returns and these are non-refundable.
